Naits Automated School Management System (NAITS-ASMS)

This is an enterprise school management system that among other features includes student result processing and accounting management for both Pre-Nursery, Nursery, Primary and Secondary Schools. The accounting management comprises school fees payment management, salary/payroll management, general expenditure management and as well as managing other income like the sales of forms, donations and so on. This software also has bulk sms feature for school/parent messaging.

We have successfully incorporated subscription/renewal feature where schools have to pay termly or yearly based on their choice of subscription category.

We have subscription category such as:

• Per student per term - for the benefit of schools with fewer students.
• Per term - fixed charge irrespective of number of students.
• Per system life time - subscription for life time validity.

System Administrator
The software provides environment where Admin person called "System Administrator" does registration such as school profile, classes, students, subjects, teacher etc, and as well managing the application.

Accountant

1. School Fees Payment Management
   The software provides environment for accounting personnel. Here, both the termly school fees and fresher registration fees are set, then with a click of button you can see the list of fresher and returning students on the screen. The payments can be effected and receipts are generated automatically. With a click button also, schools’ fees payment defaulters and fees payment audit reports are made available on the screen.
2. Other Income Management
   This manages income such as Sales of forms, donation and any forms of income apart from school fees payment. With clicks of buttons all other income report within any time bracket can be obtained.
3. Salary / Payroll Management
   Here, payment structures are set for every employee. Then, with a click of button, payment slips are generated based on the payment structure you have earlier set; and finally the salary payment can be confirmed. With some click of button also you can have a report of how much has been spent on salary payment within any time period.
4. Expenditure Management
   Here also, all the expenses incurred from running the school activities can be recorded and with a click of button you can have a report of how much the school has spent within any time frame apart from salary payment.
5. Income Statement Report
   Here, the total revenue and expenses which give rise to profit and lost statement can be obtained with a click of button.

Subject Teachers
The software provides environment where Subject Teachers will enter student assessment scores and as well their exams too.

Form Master
It also possesses environment where the Form Master will enter Affective and Psychomotor score, comment and attendance for each and every student.

Students / Parents
The software also has environment where parents can login to view their children profile, result or even monitor their children performance as the term progresses (only when hosted online).

Termly Report Sheet
From the entries of subject teacher and form master, an organized and comprehensive report sheet which include subjects list, scores for CA’s and exams, total score, grade, remark, highest and lowest score, subject teacher’s name, students’ passport, class position and more can be generated with just a click of button.

Yearly Report Sheet
Also with a click of button yearly report sheet which include each term student total score for each subjects, class position for each term in terms of for example his position in his Arm and his position in respect to other arm of his class.

Summary Dashboard
The system has environment called dashboard where System Admin person can at a glance see report like:

• Total number of students in the school and in each class
• Three best students from each class
• Total number of teachers
• Current session / term and so on

Ease of Use
The system has a simple interface and also allow many teachers to login through their phones, laptops, tabs etc and work at the same time.

Auto Promotion
Unbiased students’ promotion all by just a click of button after pass-mark has already been set. Though the admin person can manually promote student as wishes.

It is important to note that the system can run on a Single Computer, Local Area Network and as well as World Wide Web, depending on the choice of our client.
